Episode 31: Uptown Funk
Ever gotten to a stage where the hobby – any part of it for that matter – just doesn’t excite you? Gaming not giving you the thrill it used to? Or the idea of picking up a paint brush just makes you wince and think – oh feck no! Well… This episode sees Mike and Emma look at just some of the reasons why you might feel like this!
Not content with identifying the issues you might have, Emma dives straight into the psychology of why that funk might have set in then gives you a nice healthy dose of reality to help you get back on track. Hobby mentors, accountability, passion projects and more – we have more than a few ideas to help you break your slump and get you back behind the table painting and playing.
We (or should that be just me! – Mike) might also maybe casually talk about my latest passion project and obsec mascot – the Warlord Titan that’s currently under construction here in the Obsec Studio! Stay tuned for pics of the mighty titan as it takes shape!
