Episode 68: Insane Clown Posse
The clowns are back and that means we have to jump up and down and dive right into this latest psychic awakening of the killer space elves with a penchant for checks and 80’s hair. Mikes first 40k army way back in the dark days of Rogue Trader (and the late 80’s or early 90’s) gets a new lease on life with these totally new rules coming soon officially in the June 2020 edition of White Dwarf.
So what did they get to make a clown smile even more? New stratagems to further ignore the standard 40k rules (even more than harlies did already!) New relics to make the opponent weep in despair (hang on – you can move in my turn when?!?) but more importantly new Pivotal Roles which turn the average killer space elf clown hero into something resembling a super hero (which kind of makes sense if you think about it!)
While we can’t supply you with links to the ‘leaked’ rules we can say having seen them ourselves, if you love you ninja clown space elves you are in for a treat!
Special thanks to Matt Brown, Matt from Beyond Games & Hobbies, Tony from Snake Eyes Squad, Tim and David for the fun I had in editing the intro for this episode!

Do you play harlequins? Did you ever face them in the dark days of rouge trader when the solitaire had up to 30 (yes 30!) attacks and was a psyker to boot? Are you keen on painting up a clown or 2 now the new updates are just around the corner? We would love to hear about your experiences and hear your feedback on this topic – we want to hear from you!
