Episode 11 (part 1): Travelling Light
In this episode, Mike and Emma delve into the wonderful world of gaming road trips! It’s such a massive topic that we have had to split the episode up into 2 parts – but never fear, both parts are being uploaded back to back so you can listen to the whole conversation (all 2 hours of it!)
In part 1, we cover just why you (and even you partner and family!) might enjoy a trip to play with toy soldiers as well as some of Mikes firsthand experiences with travelling and gaming… from the sweltering heat of the ETC in Poland (in a giant plastic blue tent!) to the air conditioned plush carpeted rooms of Las Vegas – every trip is a blast!
Part 2 sees us cover just how you might get your models to the event on the day in 1 piece and just some of the great carry cases on the market for gamers today. We cast our eyes in detail over them and share experiences from those we have used for the very trips we love!
