Episode 64: Fury Road
We travel the fury road in this episode to the southern wasteland that is Albany – Western Australia. Its not really a wasteland but with another event run at the same venue later in the year using that name its ok for us to call it that!
This is a ‘live’ episode with us recording interviews and discussion while Line Breaker 2020 is underway. We know is as Warhammer camp or nerd camp but ultimately its just a great fun weekend away where we can all relax, have fun and play games.
We chat to 2 Albany locals – John (aka Gilly) and Ben about their experiences over the weekend as well as previous years and how they have found the integration of their local scene into the wider Western Australian community. We also chat to a newcomer to the event Paul (aka charmander) about his thoughts on the event and what he hopes to get from the event. Part way through we also delve into Down under pairings to discuss the end of the event, match ups and an awesome match predictor function integrated into DUP.
