Episode 41: Work in Progress
2019 sees the 3rd annual Southern Hemisphere Open so it’s a great chance to share with you some of the trials and tribulations of the past events and what we might look at in future. This episode focuses on the workshops we have on offer this year – building, painting, converting, cosplay and more are all on offer!
We kick off the episode talking about our recent trip to Brisbane to the Warhammer Championship store in Mount Gravatt where we were fortunate to spend time with Dom from Warhammer Community and all the awesome staff from the GW/Warhammer stores who made the trek for the previews that day. From there we look at the awesome skills that will be on display and you can learn yourself at SHO 2019. We cover the great work by local, independent artists and then have a special guest, Michael (GW Joondalup Store manager and SHO coordinator for GW) join us to talk about the skills you will have the chance to learn from their award winning staff.
