Episode 83: Bot War

Episode 83: Bot War

When we hear about Australian gaming endevours we are always excited – but the way Mikes eye’s lit up about Bot War was special – 80’s bright colours, giant stompy robots, elegant and easy to learn rules with complexity of tactics? What wasn’t to love!

Bot War

Bot War is the brain child of Anthony from Traders Galaxy and is a game still growing and developing. He has even expanded the universe into a 28mm combat game called Rise of the Democracy and an aerial combat game called Broken Skies! All from his abode in sunny Queensland! Be sure to listen to the end of the episode to get a discount code for the webstore valid until Christmas Day 2020! You can join their Facebook group for special offers as well.

Our news segment is on the shorter side this week with our conversation focused on First Blood Part 2 (congratulations to the winners!) and the beta version of the Warhammer 40000 app army builder. I feel like that conversation could have gone much longer but for now – these are first impressions.
